- Tuesday, Dec 19
- Jazz 1 performs in the main entrance lobby, arrive 7:30 AM, perform till 8:35am.
- No official Jazz 2 practice on Tuesday (you're always welcome to practice and/or watch Jazz 1)
- Special guest alumnus will visit all classes to talk about playing music in college as a non-music major.
- Pick up your coffee order for delivery after school (greenroom). Thanks!
- Pep Band Game, meet at 6:15 PM in festive attire
- Wednesday, December 20, Wind Ensemble outreach tour to Bonner Elementary
- Wind Ensemble will travel and perform during 1st period (we'll bus over). Festive attire.
- See Google Classroom for details. Have a plan for transporting large instruments!
- Thursday, December 21, Jazz Combo performs at Kiwanis Club Meeting, @Missoula Country Club
- Arrive at Missoula Country Club at 7:15 AM (transport yourself), set up, eat breakfast provided by Kiwanis, perform at 8:00 AM. See Google Classroom for more details.
- Thursday, Dec 21: Pep Band practice canceled
Announcing MT All-State Jazz 2024! - Congratulations to the following HHS band students who were selected for the 2024 MT All-State Jazz Band, who will rehearse and perform in Helena on January 12-14, alongside the best jazz musicians in Montana.

We're immensely proud of the All-State achievements and the inspiring work it takes for ALL students to audition for these opportunities. Go for it!
Take advantage of Office Hours for weekly sectionals and practice! Keep the tradition of getting together every week or so with your section buddies to practice and improve. It's the Hellgate way to be accountable and put in our best efforts -- we're in this together!
