Welcome to MOA! This year I am teaching World History, US History and AP US History. I have been teaching Social Studies at the Hellgate High School for 14 years now. Before that, I taught middle school and before that elementary! I moved from Chicago to Missoula 20 years ago and have never looked back! My 13 year old daughter is also remote learning and my husband is retired, so we have a full house every day! Luckily we live in a place where we can get outdoors no matter the season. On non-pandemic years, I love to travel, see plays and movies, go out to restaurants and hang out with my friends. So now I watch a lot of Netflix, cook a ton and have a lot of coffee talks over Zoom with friends!
