    About me:

Hola, Me llamo Maestra Deubler. Hello, my name is Ms. Deubler pronounced, do blur! I am really looking forward to beginning our learning journey together.

I have taught for a long time!  This is my 21-year…The last 7 years for MCPS at Paxson k-12 and for the MOA K-12.  I have taught at dual language schools in Arizona, New Mexico and high school Spanish in Kalispell, Montana, as well as Montana Digital Academy. It has been my privilege to teach Spanish to students in kindergarten through high school. In addition to my Master’s degree in Education, I also carry  a Master’s in Multicultural Bilingual Education. I really do love the Spanish language and practice every day. I enjoy most outdoor activities, especially hiking, cross-country skiing, fly-fishing and I dabble in primitive skills since. In addition to enjoying the great Montana outdoors, I enjoy training in martial arts. Spending my summers abroad in Spain is one of my favorite parts of the year.

I have listed my email (jdeubler@mcpsmt.org) as a contact as this year I will be between 3 classrooms on a traveling cart. Also, students, please feel free to always discuss your concerns with me. I ask  students to communicate with me first before parents contact me and then, if we need to, we will have conferences with parents, students, and myself involved. I love working directly with you, so please feel comfortable sharing your concerns and praises with me.

I am very excited to have you in my class and I encourage you to take risks in your Spanish speaking practices. I sure do and it helps us non-native Spanish speakers.

    Happy Learning
