2024-25 Notice: Try-outs will begin on Monday, November 25th this year. There will be try-outs from November 25th-27th. There is an agreed upon dead period (no practice) from November 28th-December 1st.

Head Coach:

My name is Zach Murphy, and I am from Missoula, Montana.  I attended Montana State University for my undergraduate degree before attending the University of Montana for graduate school where I received my education licensure.  I have coached at various levels (Freshman - Varsity) for 8 years, with this being my fourth season as a coach at Big Sky. Over that span, I have been lucky enough to work with athletes at every level of talent, from kindergarten to professional. It is my goal to help develop young basketball players and help them reach their highest goals on the court, while simultaneously having players leave my program ready to succeed in whatever field they choose.
