This is my fifth year teaching at Big Sky High School, and I am beyond excited to be starting this educational journey with you! 

I am proud to say that Missoula is my home and has been for the past 19 years. I graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Ecology and Organismal Biology, and a minor in Spanish. My love for science and education led me to the Teacher Education Program where I received my teaching credentials in both Biology and Broadfield Science. Currently, I am working on my Masters degree at the University of Montana in Education. My overall goal is for students to develop skills in problem-solving, critical-thinking, and to spark curiosity. This year I will be teaching three sections of HPS Integrated Science 1 and two sections of HPS Integrated Science 2. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you this year. Now let's do some science!

When I am not in the classroom, I spend my free time bird-watching, fly-fishing, cycling, watching movies, and renovating vintage campers with my husband, Zeb.
