It is Missoula Youth Symphony policy that all string players must be enrolled in their school orchestra and that all wind players must be enrolled in their school band to be eligible to participate in the Missoula Youth Symphony.  Students whose school does not offer orchestra may petition for acceptance into the group on a case by case basis.
