Yo me llamo Profe Maughan.

 

My name is Profe Maughan and I teach Spanish at C.S. Porter Middle School.

 

I'm a western Montana native, born and raised in the Mission Valley. I grew up hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting! I also did plenty of farm work... changing sprinkler pipes, milking cows, raising pigs, cows, etc.

 

I graduated from the University of Montana with degrees in Spanish and Education. I also have a Master’s degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University.

 

I've been teaching Spanish at Porter for 20 years now and love it!

 

I'm also a husband and dad. I've been married to my best friend for over 29 years and we have two sweet boys, a rabbit that bites, and the two most adorable pugs in the world named Mocha and Thor. Mocha is a therapy dog and you can see him in the 6th grade pod most of the time. Thor is working on becoming an emotional support dog and will be in our Spanish room!
