Hello! My name is Brian Moe and I’d like to tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised here in Missoula. I graduated from the University of Montana in 2003 with my B.A. in Elementary Education. After teaching my first year in Plano, Texas, I returned home and was hired In 2005 by MCPS to teach 8th-grade math and science at Washington Middle School. I proceeded to teach at Washington from 2005 to 2015. During this time, I picked up my M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction. My wife and I then taught in Saudi Arabia from 2015-2020. It was always the plan to come home and raise our daughter near family and friends in Zootown. We feel very fortunate to have made it home in pandemic times. I am thrilled to be back with MCPS and now in year two at C.S. Porter - Go Cougars!
