Hello! My name is Brady Baughman, and this will be my fifth year teaching English as a second language (ESL) at C.S. Porter. I serve as our school district's Middle School English Language Learner (ELL) Specialist. My job is to help students develop both their social and academic English and to support teachers in all things ESL. As our Middle School ELL Specialist, I oversee three middle schools: C.S. Porter, Meadow Hill, and Washington.

I was born and raised just outside Missoula, MT, but have lived and traveled all over the world, including France and Vietnam. Prior to working as the Middle School ELL Specialist, I taught English in Hanoi, Vietnam. As well, I worked as a tutor with our younger ELLs at Russell and Franklin Elementary. This will be my eighth year working with our ELL Department, and through these experiences, I have had the privilege of meeting many amazing students and families from all over the world.

I am excited for another great year!
