If you are planning to take a student who does not attend Sentinel High School, you must complete the Non-Sentinel High School Dance Request and Behavior Agreement form. A completed form has signed approval from one of Sentinel's administrators and your parent or guardian as well as the guest's school administrator and their parent or guardian. Once this form is completed, you will receive an access code from either Sentinel's bookkeeper or activities secretary that will allow you to purchase both your ticket and your guests.
