I am in my first year at Sentinel High School. I have taught for many years at the middle school and elementary level. It is really fun to be back in the health classroom and the weight room!

I am originally from Minnesota, but Montana has been home for 15 years now. I love being outside and being active in many different activities. Trail running tops the list. I also enjoy biking, backpacking, fishing, and skiing. My husband, Blane, grew up in Missoula. We have three young boys and we enjoy going on adventures, big and small, with them.
