Through Amnesty International, Sentinel students are working to protect the basic human rights of people around the globe. Amnesty International is a worldwide organization that strives to provide all people the rights which every student at SHS enjoys.

Through this club, you can expect to develop a better understanding of contemporary human rights issues, and you will learn how to advocate for human rights by working with an international non-profit. This group is student led and students will determine the issues for which we will have fundraisers. Additionally, students will participate in the annual Write For Rights event in December to encourage peers to advocate for human rights.
