About the WMS Counseling Program
The Counseling Program at Washington Middle School serves students in 6th through 8th grade. We collaborate with students, parents/guardians, teachers, administrators and members of the community to cultivate a learning environment that fosters each individual student's potential.
Services available to WMS students:
Short-term individual and small-group counseling, career exploration, crisis counseling/response, mediation (an approach to conflict resolution), and classroom guidance
Services available to WMS parents/guardians:
Parent-teacher conferences, referrals for counseling, consultation
