Our team's behavior tracking sheet is located on the back of your child's agenda. This is a check system that allows us to keep track of academic and behavioral concerns (both positive and negative). If a student receives 5 negative checks for failing to comply with any of the universal expectations (Be Safe, Responsible and Respectful), they will serve either a 30-minute academic recovery on Tuesdays after school or a 30 minute detention (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Parents will be notified. If ten checks are received, a team conference with parents will be scheduled. Please click the link below to view our sheet.
