Professional Learning

Educators Thriving is a research-based personal development program designed to help educators achieve well-being through collaboration. Through this program, teachers have the opportunity to learn about and apply concrete strategies to avoid and manage the most common pitfalls of the educator experience.
Second Step® SEL for Adults is professional learning designed by educators, for educators. Our goal is to support the social-emotional well-being of educators and create schools where everyone can thrive. This professional learning opportunity allows teachers to work through four self-paced modules focusing on building trust, managing stress, equity and efficacy.
