Come join our chapter of Business Professionals of America (BPA). As a chapter we work on competition pieces for regional (Dec), state (Jan or Feb) and national (May)competitions. Events include Keyboarding Production, Prepared Speech, Graphic Design, Digital Game Design, Extemporaneous Speech, Video Production, Digital Citizenship, Business Math and more. Some events are solo and others are team-based. There is an event for everyone!
This club will have a $75 fee for participation this year. That money helps pay membership dues, fees required to enter the state competition, travel and lodging. If this fee is a problem for your family, please contact Mrs. Elam. To offset some of those fees, we will also be coming up with fundraising activities. If your student advances to Nationals and they choose to attend, parents will need to pay for any amount we are short with our fundraising efforts for your child.
Our chapter will also be participating in a community service project supporting Montana Special Olympics. Come be involved in a great club! For the 2023-2024, school year we will meet on Mondays after-school from 2:50-4:00 in room 109. Meetings will start on Monday September 18th. Questions- please see Mrs. Elam, the chapter advisor.
