Hey folks, as we continue to navigate this year, I hope everyone is staying healthy and finding a good routine during this time. Earlier this year the specilaists at Rattlesnake collaborated to publish our bitmoji classrooms in order to provide more resources and share what we are learning. Check out my virtual classroom, and let me know if you need support in any way during this time!

    Hello Rattlesnake families!

As you know, schools are closed this week, March 23rd-27th. We all miss seeing your beautiful faces, and hope you are staying safe and healthy at home. This week, make sure you are practicing self-care, and taking deep breaths. This is a hard time for everyone, and its okay to be having a hard time. Practice your hot chocolate and rainbrow breaths! Parents, your kids know all about different deep breaths, it might be a great place to start and connect.

More counseling resources will be on the way, in an effort to stay connected, healthy, and grounded. For now, know I can be reached by email at: kscholle@mcpsmt.org.

Thinking of you all during this time, take care!
