  • Need to Register for School?

    Rattlesnake Elementary School Office will open on Wednesday, August 14. Until this time, you may register your children for school at the MCPS Superintendent's Office on 6th Street. Missoula County Public Schools is committed to helping families prepare their children for success in the 21st Century. Please find Registration Instructions here

     

    Teacher Assignments and Supply Lists for 19-20 School Year

    Please see the "Helpful Links"  to the right for supply lists. Teacher assignments will be emailed to all families on August 20. While "Advisor" assignments were available on the Parent Portal eariler this summer, they are not official teacher assignments and are subject to change.  

     

    Kindergarten Orientation Information

    We look forward to seeing our Kindergarten students on Tuesday, August 27 for orientation. Students with last names beginning with A-L attend with a parent/guardian from 12:30-1:45. Students with last names beginning with M-Z attend with a parent/guardian from 2:15-3:30. If you did not receive an email, please call the main office at 542-4050.

  • Pertussis Information

    Our school does not have any confirmed cases of pertussis (whooping cough). If you are concerned about the health of your student and family members you can:

    • Visit missoula.co/pertussis for more information.
    • Talk with your healthcare provider.
    • Call 258-INFO for more information from the Missoula Health Department.

  • ESSA State Report Cards

    The Office of Public Instruction released the 2017-18 school year report cards on Monday, April 22, 2019. The federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires state, district, and school-level data to be displayed on report cards in a concise, understandable, and accessible manner for families and communities. The state, district, and local report cards will be available along with additional information on the OPI’s new report card webpage.  This data is already publicly available on the state’s GEMS Data warehouse. It is now being conveyed in an easier format for the public to understand.

  • Elementary Attendance Boundary Study

    Elementary Attendance Boundary Study Missoula County Public Schools is in need of a boundary study process.  Our school district is growing, over the past 11 years, we have grown by almost 800 students.  To learn more, please visit the Elementary Attendance Boundary Study webpage.

  • Quick Stop Parking

    Please use the main office doors on Pineview Drive. Curb side parking is available between 8:30-2:30 p.m.
