Welcome to Third Grade!

I absolutely love teaching 3rd grade! I strive to create a community of learners that love to read, be silly, and stay true to who you are all the while having fun! 

A little about me: I am from Littleton, Colorado. I graduated from the University of Colorado, (Go buffs!) and then continued on after to complete my Master's Degree in Education. Before moving here, I visited Montana many times, each time fly-fishing a new river and, of course, I fell in love. I knew I had to explore other mountainous states, and I couldn't be happier here in Missoula. This is my 5th year in Missoula and when I am not teaching, you can find me exploring the outdoors, hiking with my dog, Aurora, and my fiancé, Corbin, or reading a book at a coffee shop. I also love to travel to see my family that live all over the United States. 

This is my eighth year teaching and I cannot wait to learn more from each of you!
