Hello!  My name is Mrs. Schuman, and I am SO excited to be your child's teacher!

I was born and raised in Missoula and absolutely love it here.  I love hiking, biking, camping, and pretty much everything about the great outdoors.  My family is my everything and when I'm not at school, we are typically off adventuring.  I have three young kiddos, one giant dog, and an awesome husband!  My husband, Chris, and I have a five year old named Kellynn and twins who are three years old named Landyn and Logan.  They are the lights of our lives.  We also have a golden retriever named Chipper.  The five of us and Chipper have a lot of fun together!  

This is my 10th year teaching, and my first year as a Jeannette Rankin Riverhawk.  I spent my last nine years teaching at Russell Elementary in both first grade and third grade.  Teaching children to learn is my passion.  I attended the University of Monatana and got my Bachelors in Elementary Education.  I also have my Masters in Reading and Math.
