-
Hello! And welcome from the Lewis and Clark Elementary Family Resource Specialists, Tracey Cravy and Lisa Hayhurst. We can be found in the school's Family Resource Center (FRC room 126). The FRC is located in the south hallway, past the gym on the right. We are here to provide support and connection for all students and families. We encourage you to stop by and visit! You will find a listening ear, information about community resources, and a small library of parenting books, family games and movies available for check out.
The three main areas of FRC programs are: assisting families who are experiencing economic hardships, helping with the administration of the EAST after-school enrichment program, and creating meaningful opportunities for parents/guardians to engage with their child’s learning and our amazing school community. Some of the other projects and programs handled are the monthly school newsletter, EmPower Pack Backpack distribution, The Giving Tree, and annual family events like Bookin’ Into Summer and the Bike Rodeo.
The FRC is open the following hours:
Monday – 8:30-3:00 (Tracey Cravy)
Tuesday – 8:30-3:00 (Lisa Hayhurst)
Wednesday – 8:30-11:30 (Tracey Cravy); 11:30-3:00 (Lisa Hayhurst)
Thursday – 8:30-2:00 (Lisa Hayhurst)
Friday - 8:30-3:00 (Tracey Cravy)
