I was fortunate to grow up in Missoula, MT. After graduating from Sentinel High School in 2011 I decided to pursue my education degree at The University of Montana, go Griz!
I graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood in 2015. In the summer of 2021 I received my Masters of Art in Integrated Arts and Education at the University of Montana as well.
I was incredibly lucky to land my first full year teaching at Lewis and Clark Elementary as a first grade teacher in 2016. My journey continued at Lewis and Clark as a third grade teacher the following year. I will continue being a third grade teacher at Lewis and Clark and I couldn't be more excited! This will be my seventh year at Lewis and Clark and it's going to be a blast!
Some of my hobbies and interests outside of teaching include: baking, rooting for the Indianapolis Colts, cuddling with my cat Harold, arts and crafts, graphic design, eating tubs of ice-cream, cycling, backpacking, dancing, poetry, vinyl records, reading, camping, board games, herbal teas, wildflowers, book stores, candles, Girl Scout cookies, interior design, attending concerts, collecting concert posters, nature, and traveling.
