Mrs. Kendra Owens
My name is Kendra Owens and this is my 14th year teaching. I taught Kindergarten at JRE for 13 years, and this is my first year teaching the Early Literacy class. I'm very excited and so thankful to still be at JRE. I was born and raised in Missoula, MT and attended Cold Springs Elementary as a student.
My husband and I like to run, hike, fish, downhill ski, camp, boat, snowmobile, and do basically anything that involves being outdoors. We have a daughter (Natalie) who is 8 and attending Hellgate Elementary in 3rd grade. We also have a son (Wyatt) who is 5 and is beginning Kindergarten at Hellgate Elementary. They are growing and changing fast, and have made our lives so much more fun and busy. We also have a yellow lab that keeps us very busy, as well as lots of family and friends in Missoula.
