Online PE Resources
Try to get your heart rate up for at least 60 minutes (1 hour) a day. Walking, jogging, and running are great ways to get your heart rate up.
Doing your favorite streches/yoga pose are great for the body and brain. You could stretch your arms, legs, sit ups, push ups, planks, and wall sits. Yoga poses include cat/cow, lotus (legs criss cross and feet on your legs), cobra, downward dog, and flamingo (balancing on one foot). Deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth with all of these.
