Hi everyone, my name is Jocelyn Gearheart and I'm the new librarian here at Paxson Elementary. I've been a kindergarten and first grade teacher for the past 10 years, and I'm excited to be making a change!

I'm a big believer in the power of reading, and I'm passionate about helping kids fall in love with books.

I'm excited to bring the same passion and creativity I had for my classroom to the library. I can't wait to help kids explore the world of books and discover new stories that they'll love. I'm also looking forward to collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a library that is a welcoming and inviting space for everyone.
