• My name is Coryll Rupert.  This is my 8th year as the Families in Transition (FIT) Coordinator at Chief Charlo, but 13th year roaming its halls.  In the beginning, I was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home Mom who volunteered as a PTO member and in my children's classrooms whenever I possibly could.  Chief Charlo became a second home to me.  So, when I heard this position was opening up, it only seemed fitting that I applied.  My children have since moved on to middle and high schools and I am still here.  I LOVE this school – the staff, the PTO, the students and the sense of community it promotes!  And to top it off... have you seen the view from the cafeteria and library?  It can't be beat!!

I have a Master's degree in Social Work and a background working with a wide variety of people, from children to the elderly and helping them cope with an array of issues from economic hardship to domestic violence to incarceration. I truly enjoy working with others and helping them figure out what their strengths are and what they need to do to move forward.  Watching others grow and becoming successful in their journey, called life, is a 'bucket filler' for me.  :-)
