This is my third year teaching at Lowell and I am so excited! This is my 18th year teaching in Missoula (from PreSchool to ELL Department to MOA). I have worked in a variety of school settings.For the last six years with MCPS, I have taught Early Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First Grade, Third Grade, and in the ELL Dept. I have a BS in Recreation Management and have taught Outdoor Leadership and Education for over 30 years. About 20 years ago, I decided I would like to take my love of teaching indoors and went back to The University of Montana to take courses towards my teaching license and eventually received a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
