For students to be eligible for the SSHS Food Pantry, families/guardians/unaccompanied homeless youth must have a Free & Reduced Lunch Application filled out and turned in. Students can then sign up for the Food Pantry and begin receiving food assistance. The SSHS Food Pantry will help meet basic food needs, filling in the gaps during the weekends with snacks and easily prepared meals. Students can pick up their weekend bags on Thursdays right after school, or on Fridays during Intervention hours.
If your family needs further food assistance, the FRC encourages families to reach out to our local food bank, The Seeley Swan Community Food Bank (406) 677-5025, and/or look into federal food programs such as SNAP, TANF, and WIC (information on eligibility can be found below).
