MCPS Coronavirus Information

MCPS is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff. The COVID-19 state of emergency was declared officially over on May 11, 2023, which means COVID-19 is now being addressed similarly to other infectious illnesses with regard to individual treatment and community responses. Currently, no mandates are in place regarding COVID-19 isolation or masking. COVID Testing

COVID-19 tests are available at most retail pharmacies and groceries and may be covered by your health insurance.  You may also order four free home test kits at http://covidtests.gov/, beginning in late September 2024. Testing could help guide your treatment and other healthcare decisions, including immunizations and testing for other illnesses.
