    Hello! My name is Mrs. McDermott and I teach 6th grade Social Studies and English at Meadow Hill Middle School. I have been a member of the Mustang family since 2007. Before teaching at Meadow Hill, I taught at Arlee Elementary School. 
    I live in Missoula with my two beautiful children and wonderful husband, T.J. I'm originally from California, but love calling Montana home. I have a broadcast journalism and theater degree from USC and my masters in education from the University of Montana. Before entering the teaching profession, I was a news anchor/reporter.
