Welcome, y'all! My name is Alexis Smith, and I am very excited about teaching English 2 and 4 this year at Big Sky! Before moving to BSHS, I taught English for two years in Superior, Montana, and three years in Mississippi. I feel very honored to share books and the joy of writing with young people. It is my goal to connect every student with a book that feels like a hug. :-) 

When I'm not reading or teaching, you can find me baking, running, going to concerts, and hanging out with my two cats, Frankie and Rumi.
