Ms. Fey Reynolds
This is my second year at Jeanette Rankin. I have just recently finished a dual masters at the University of Montana in School Counseling and Global Youth Development. Prior to that, I worked as a secondary ELA teacher for five years and in the mental health field, providing services to children and young people for five years before that. School counseling allows me to combine my teaching experience with my background in guiding young people in their development and path towards greater wellness.
I’m originally from Montana but enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures. I’ve spent over a decade living in other places, including Israel, China, and the Northern Mariana Islands. I am happy to be back in my home state.
I love living in Missoula and the opportunities it offers for outdoor recreation. I like being outside so much that this summer I completed the Montana Trail, a 1,500-mile trek across Montana. I paddled, hiked, and pedaled for 58 days this summer. You can click here for a KRTV news story about it!
During the week, I spend my time assisting the counseling team at several of the elementary schools in our district but I can always be reached at freynolds@mcpsmt.org.
