Hello! My name is Tara Ferranti, and I am the Behavior Interventionist here at Washington Middle School. I am thrilled to be returning to Washington Middle School for a 2nd year in this position.  Previously, I worked at Washington Middle School and Sentinel High School as a CSCT Therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have worked in schools in different capacities for over 12 years. My role in the school as Behavior Interventionist is to provide guidance and support to all families and students who may be experiencing hardship due to emotional or behavioral concerns, life changes, financial challenges, and more. I am excited to continue serving our students, families and staff.

I am a lifelong Montanan, and am proud to continue to live and raise my family here. My husband Pete and I have a 2.5 year old boy, Vincenzo, and a 3 month old daughter, Rio. Our family also includes a goofy Black Lab mix, Murphy, and a very independent cat, Marlo. We love all outdoor adventuring such as backpacking, hiking, rafting and skiing.  I am excited about the upcoming year, and the chance to connect with many of you!
