    Reporting trouble

    Reports of computer or network trouble can be submitted to the Information Systems Center in any of three ways:

     

    1. ServiceDesk software – ServiceDesk is web based and can be accessed from any district computer.  A district logon will be required.  Fill in the required information and leave a full description of the problem.  The ticket will reviewed by the Helpdesk attendant and be assigned to a technician. 
    2. E-mail the Helpdesk with a description of the problem.  For more rapid response please include your full name, building in which you work and the name of the computer or printer giving the problem.  The ISC helpdesk will then generate a ServiceDesk ticket and assign it to a technician.
    3. Call the district Helpdesk (extension 7777) and describe the problem to the attendant or leave the description in a voice-mail message.  For more rapid response please include your full name, building in which you work and the name of the computer or printer giving the problem.  A ServiceDesk ticket will be generated and assigned to a technician.
