This year is my celebration of teaching at Sentinel High School for 25 years. This year may be different than the past years but I am eager to face the current challenges that 2020-21 may present. Together as a team we can accomplish many things and have fun doing it. Teaching health is my passion and I try to be a positive example of the importance of exercise, good nutrition,  adequate sleep, and always working on mental health. My favorite things are swimming, being on the river, my doggies, cooking, reading, and being outside. I had a bountiful garden this summer so I am enjoying the fruits of my labor!
