Hello! My name is John Thomas, (I go by JR) and I am one of the Meadow Hill school counselors. I was born and raised west of Chicago and moved to Missoula in 2011. I received my masters in school counseling in the spring of 2020 and since then I have been working with teens and young adults supporting them with their mental health needs. I am beyond excited to be working at Meadow Hill and excited to support the students here. When I am not at work, I enjoy getting out on local trails, cooking and spending time with friends. 

This year (2023/2024) I am the school counselor for all of the 6th graders and 8th graders last names A-K.
