Hannah Lewis

Hello all!

My name is Hannah Lewis and this will be my second year as the Rattlesnake Health Enhancement teacher. I am a fourth generation Montanan and grew up in Bigfork at the base of the Swan Mountains where I developed my love for the great outdoors...swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, sledding, skating, you name it!  I was an avid athlete, trying nearly every sport offered in our small town before finding my favorites in soccer, basketball and track.

I graduated from the University of Montana (Go Griz!) with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance.  I taught one year of HPE at Elrod Elementary in Kalispell before I met my husband and moved to California.  While in Los Angeles, I taught swimming, HPE and yoga at a private school, along with coaching middle school sports.  I took some time off from teaching to start our family and then convinced my husband to return to the Big Sky in 2019.  I have two sons who currently attend Rattlesnake, making this my dream teaching gig.

When I am not enjoying the company of your children at school, you can find me hiking, reading and savoring the fresh mountain air with my family!  I am so grateful to be here and am looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful Rattlesnake families that make up this community.

Please introduce yourselves and I hope to see you out on the trails or slopes soon!

Mrs. Lewis
