In accordance with MHSA ruling Pre-Participation Physicals will be required for each student prior to any athletic team participation.  Physicals must be completed after May 1, 2021 to be valid for the 2021-22 Academic year.

Winter Sports begin on November 29th, 2021. Sports Physical packets are available at the front desk. If you competed in a Fall Sport you will need to pick up an aditional Emergancy Contact Card and have that turned in for your Winter Sport. We strongly encourage that all forms be completed and turned in by November 19th as the front office will have limited hours over Thanksgiving week.
