If you are visiting this page you are probably a student in my class or parent of a student.

At this time, I want all of my students and their families to stay healthy and safe.

Please remember the overall goal for my curriculum is that you want be a healthy, active person.

Now more than ever your physical and emotional well-being is important - please take time every day to be active.

This is uncharted territory for all of us - we will navigate through this together.

Thwe MCPS Mask Protocol will be in effect this school year.  Please wear your mask correctly covering your mouth and nose.
