Hello Parents,  a couple updates.  We are still on 2 day a week schedule (Hybrid) for most students.  We do have some attending 4 days a week.  We are going to reevalute in January, stay tuned.

We are having a school wide push to improve everyone's reading levels.  We are focusing more on foundational skills such as phoenimic awareness and phonics skills.

We are having a minecraft character board to keep track of readng levels on third floor pod.  We are working hard and celebrating anyone who makes improvements in Reading.

    Thanks all,

    Mr. Eells

Then on October 13th all students will be attending 4 days a week (Tues thru Friday).

Then on Novemeber 9th we wil be moving to five day a week schedule.  However this schedule could change depending on the status of the Corona Virus.

I am excited to be pushing into all classes on the Red Pod to provide small group instruction and extra skills practice during our Win Time.

I along with the paraprofessionals are pushing into all classes so that there is more adult support for any learners needing a bit of extra help.

    Stay tuned for more updates.

  • fall school year

Posted by Brett Eells on 8/26/2020 3:00:00 PM

This year we are starting in a hybrid model of school with learning taking place two days a week at school and three days of work sent home.

I along with my team of para professionals will be pushing into all homerooms to help support students on my special education caseload.  This model will allow for maximum inclusion.

Stay tuned for updates on individual homeroom classes.

Hello Families, an update for school closure in order to prevent corona virus spread.

The governor just announced school will be closed through at least April 10th, 2020.

I will continue to add activities to Clever accounts under Mr. Eells classroom and Google classroom at the Clever Page.  I will also try and load some videos in the near future.

I miss all of you.  Take care

This school year we will be helping out all students on my caseload in their respective homerooms as much as possible. l support all students with one adult in each of the four homerooms on the red pod.  This allows for maximum inclusion of students.  We will make every attempt to make any and all accomodations, or modifications to meet each students unique needs.

Stay tuned for updates on class assignments and exciting news going on in each homeroom.
