Reserving Facilities at MCPS
Several facilities are available for public use in Missoula County Public Schools' 21 schools and buildings. These include classrooms, gymnasiums, practice fields and more. The fees associated with using facilities vary, depending on the type of organization or business, length of use, required equipment, etc.
Policy 4330 guides the use of rental of facilities in the district.

Rental Use/Agreements & AED Guidelines:
To secure a facility, you must complete a Facilities Use/Rental Agreement and submit it to the Facilities/Maintenance Office. Submission of this form does not ensure that the facilities is reserved or secured. You must contact the office to ensure the space is available and that your request has been approved. The forms are available below. In addition, all facility rentors must print and review the information regarding the use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs), which are available in many MCPS buildings.
